I have listed her parents as Richard Romeo Labine and Carole Muzik, the second wife of Richard Romeo Labine. It would appear that Carole Muzik is more likely the mother of this girl for two reasons. First Carol Muzik and Richard Romeo Labine were married in June 1971 and Jacqueline Joanne Labine was born on 11 July 1971. Second Richard Romeo Labine and Janet Westhaver had two sons in 1960 and 1962 respectively and then had no other children immediately thereafter. It seems strange that ten years later they would have had another child in the midst of getting a divorce.
