PIGEON, Roxanne Gisèle - The family announces with great sadness and sorrow, her death in a tragic car accident, Saturday, July 7th, 2007 in Niagara, at the age of 39 years. Beloved daughter of Micheline (née Labine) and Don Pigeon of Sudbury. Dear sister of Bridgette Chartrand (Marc). Sadly missed by her grandmother Hélène Labine (late Gérard). Loving life companion of Charlie Pillitteri. Survived by her aunts and uncles, Gilles Labine, Gisèle Bisaillon (Jean-Marc), Danielle Higgins all of Sudbury, Marcel Labine (Lynda) of California, Roger Labine (Helen) of Whitby, Pierrette Rich (Terry) of Arizona, Richard Pigeon (Gail) of Scarborough, Stella Dubreuil (Ray) of Sudbury and Seija Pigeon (Norm predeceased) of Lively. Predeceased by her uncle Maurice Labine. Lovingly remembered by her nephews Alexandre, Nicola and Eric all of Calgary, and by her cousins, Jason & Carla, Laura, Emily, Michael, Renée, Michael, Sophie, Gabrielle, Stephane & Natalie, Shelley, Tammy, James, Donna, Kenneth, Paul, David & Collin. She will be dearly missed by the Pilliteri, Slingerland and Friesen families (Gary, Lena, Connie, Jamie, Lucy, Helmut, Richard, Rachel, Gary, Alex and Julia) and many friends and relatives. Roxanne was the best Wine Export Manager and a breeder/exhibitor of champion Pekingnese dogs under the Romiche KuDeTa Kennel names. Roxanne’s passion for life was contagious and her generosity of spirit will be her legacy. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. East (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury Thursday from 2-5 & 7-9:30 pm. A funeral service will be held Friday July 13th 2007 at 11 am in the Sudbury Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).

November 27, 1914 - October 22, 2005

Peacefully, in her sleep, Yvonne left us to sew angels' wings on
Saturday, October 22, 2005 at St. Joseph's Villa, Dundas, Ontario in her
91st year. Predeceased by her husband, Albert (1991), and thirteen
brothers and sisters, and survived by her daughter Claudette (Tom
Mancini), grand-daughters Chantal (Glen Matthews) and Regan, two
brothers, Ray and Leo, and four sisters, Germaine, Lucienne, Lorraine
and Therese, and scores of nieces and nephews and their children.
Cremation has taken place

A Memorial Mass will be held at St.Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church,
715 Centre Rd., Waterdown on Saturday, November 5, 2005 at 11 a.m.

In her memory, donations to St. Joseph's Villa or the Stephen Lewis
Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
